[Asterisk-Users] Music On Hold problem: Read 392 bytes of audio while expecting 1600

My new asterisk install seems to be running fine - including playing all
prompts etc without error.  However, when placing someone on hold they
here choppy music (first second or so) then quiet.  I see the errors
below.
 
What is causing this?  (Note that I am running AsteriskWin32).
