I also ordered from them, and called immediately to follow up.  They got the DID done in 5 mines.  But this was in March or so.
 
I noticed that they must be using the same carrier as Voice pulse....all the numbers were the same.

I ordered two weeks ago, they charged my CC, still nothing, trouble tickets
never answered, emails never answered, phone is never answered, money has
not been refunded yet.

Same thing happend to me. I order a 954-XXX-XXX DID on 04-06-2005 and I'm
still waiting. My order status also says "pending".
