SIMPLE 

exten => 12345/6789,1,ZapBarge()
exten => 12345/6789,2,Goto(BYEXTENSION,1)

where 12345 would be your DID
and 6789 would be callerid of your customer.

OTHER option is to use Disa application
with pin authorization and then redirect to specific extension with ZapBarge
