[Asterisk-Users] Review Outgoing VM Messages

1. Log into Comedian Mail
2. Press 0 for System Options
3. In there you can hear/modify Busy, Unavaliable etc messages

I know what you mean, it isn't obvious from the prompts how to do it, first
time I did it I had to screw around for a while.
