Depending on your telco you may be allowed to send a callerid not 
associated with your trunk. For euroisdn that would be the "special 
arrangement" described in paragraph 9.4 in ETS 300 092-1. I'm almost 
certain that the same option is available in non-euroisdn land. 

If you are in USA you will probably have to pay a bit extra since every 
single option on an isdn trunk seems to cost a lot there. :-/
