There might be the problem:

I have the server at two ethernet cards reachable:
Extern with a public IP
Intern with 192.168.250.20
on this internal LAN is a wireless accesspoint, which in return changes 
the IP address to a network 192.168.1.x
There is a NAT between the internal server IP and the PDA, and there is 
a nat between internal IP and Internet.
