I have developed IPManager in Windows:NET for PC clients which is a 
configuration tool for Asterisk. IPM configures Asterisk with text files.

With IPManager you can maintain and create:

SIP Extensions
Queues
Extension Opening Hours
IVR Menus
Direct Dial In
Least Cost Routing
Faxes
DISA
SIP Channels
IAX Channels
MeetMe Conferencing

You can maintain many configurations for many different asterisk servers.
