[Asterisk-Users] Having Trouble Creating an IVR

Maybe you are using a Sipura ATA? they use *XX to acticate/deactivate
advanced functions (DND,Call Return Code:Blind Transfer Code,Call Back
Act Code,DND Act Code)  or Block ANC Act Code:*77
