Go to fedora.redhat.com, FC3 downloads.  There are two sets of files: 
i386 and x86_64. Download the FC3-x86_64-disk?.iso files, verify the 
md5sum, and then burn a CD from each file.  You'll then be able to 
install FC3 on your x86_64 system.
