Hello, I have two TE-405Ps that I am having trouble with.

I'm using an Intel 865 motherboard with a Celeron D processor. Kernel 2.4.26,
Slackware 10.0.

my /proc/interrupts:

          CPU0
  0: 172317 XT-PIC timer
  1: 2 XT-PIC keyboard
  2: 0 XT-PIC cascade
  5: 2003 XT-PIC eth0
  8: 1 XT-PIC rtc
  9: 0 XT-PIC t4xxp
 14: 2859 XT-PIC ide0
NMI: 0
ERR: 0

my lspci:

00:00.0 Host bridge: Intel Corp. 82865G/PE/P DRAM Controller/Host-Hub Interface

00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corp. 82865G Integrated Graphics Device

01:08.0 Ethernet controller: Intel Corp. 82562EZ 10/100 Ethernet Controller (rev

Herein lies the first strange problem. Usually the 405ps show up as device
0314. It is coded that way in the zap driver. Both 405ps I have show up as
0214. I have changed the zap driver to 0214 to make it work.

Yesterday I had the card working, but overnight it died. The card does the
knight rider scan when the machine is booting. Once the module is configured
it is supposed to go to the slow blinking red lights since there are no PRIs
plugged in... but instead, the lights go out completely. If you hook up PRIs,
they do not respond.

What could be wrong?
