Fixing lazy top-posting.

setgroup doesn't work in all cases. Consider that the user may be
receiving calls from methods other than the dialplan (eg, queues)

So, let me re-phrase the question:

adding/removing queue members dynamically, the phone supports call
waiting, how can you stop the phone from 'ringing' with a second queue
call while you are on the phone?

If you put the current caller on hold, how can asterisk know that it is
OK to send a second call to your phones line2 but otherwise don't?

Regards,
Adam
