How do I match a "D"? (Was: RE: [Asterisk-Users] In-band disc onn ect problem (legacy PBX) - asterisk doesn't hear the touchtone?)

On most phones one will only find 12 DTMF keys 0-9, and *#. However as
mentioned before A,B,C, and D is part of DTMF as implemented by the
U.S. military's Autovon phone network.
