Better check the 'callprogress-no'; it should have an "=" in there.

The switchtype=national isn't need with zap fxo channels. That is a PRI
parameter that doesn't belong in TDM04b definitions.

Otherwise the above appear to be a fine starting point for TDM fxo channels.
