[Asterisk-Users] Messages button on a Polycom 501

One of the benefits of that method is that in your dialplan, you can say 
"is the caller id of the originating call the same as the extension they 
tried to dial"  ie.  I'm number 112 and I dial 112 from my phone.  the 
dialplan realizes this, and instead of sending me to my voicemail, it 
sends me to VoiceMailMain(s${CALLERIDNUM})

the 's' in there skips the check for a password.  You can omit or keep 
that as necessary.

This of course could be at a static extension too, rather than dialing 
your own extension:

exten => 777,1,VoiceMailMain(s${CALLERIDNUM})

This last one does work especially well with my Polycom 501s :)
