Dull as it may seem read BT's SIN351 twice to make sure I was correct on
the tones and z, tried both aLaw and uLaw. Strangely the PSTN-SPA gain
made marginal difference, especially when echo supp/cancel were enabled.
The weird thing is I decided to turn all echo cancel off and played with
the z settings and seemed to get the same amount of reflected echo.
Maybe Cisco can do a better job? ;o)

I find the voice quality fine on the 3000. Have you set the line Z etc
correctly and used ulaw?
