As not native English speaker I would not see that "built in" means that 
they made it, ... for me it just says installed and setup.
(compare it with a workshop for your car, if they "build into" your car 
a stereo, than they certainly did not "create" the stereo)
All in all, I would not see any problem with selling it on E-bay. ONLY 
that the picture of Asterisk CDR has been changed to their name, but if 
they still give the credit to the original it is still ok.
The buyer decides if he accepts the price or not.

I saw another company, who made "fun" with the credit!!! The offered a 
14 page credit list. Pick what is really inside!!!!
