Yes, but I have all the RT Cacheing options turned on so they should appear in sip show peers.  The bug that I am experiencing is that they disappear from the sip show peers list with the Realtime Cacheing turned on.

I believe if you read the wiki, assuming you are successful in locating
the correct entry, there is a statement indicating sip show peers will
not reveal sip users.
