I went straight to the 7.3 SIP image from the CCM 3.3, if you are
planning on going to a SIP image >= 5.0 this might be worth going
directly.  It is possible, the hard part is finding what some of the
requested files should contain (you might have to con the phone into
loading a P0S3 file with a P003 name eg. copy P0S30201.bin to P0030201.bin)
