Hello,

While your doing this you will get annoyed.  Don't reset
the phone to factory defaults if your using poe.  The pc
port turns off and there is no way to turn it off in the
menu's.  

In the archives, I read something about a windows tftp
server not keeping the case of the files.  This will break
the upgrade.
