Henry,

exten => 451,1,Answer
exten => 451,2,Wait(1)
exten => 451,3,VoiceMailMain(${CALLERIDNUM}@sip)
exten => 451,4,Wait(1)
exten => 451,5,Hangup

is what you're looking for.

VoiceMailMain(${CALLERIDNUM}) might be enough if you're not storing your 
voicemailboxes in mysql
