The 'channel' line has to be the last line of the declaration.  Try
moving the 'overlap dial' line up above the 'channel' line.

No, i've already tried that. My zapata.conf looks like this:

[channels]
language=de
switchtype=euroisdn
signalling=bri_net_ptmp
pridialplan=unknown
prilocaldialplan=unknown
pritrustusercid=no
usecallingpres=yes
echocancel=yes
immediate=no
group=1
context=default
channel => 1-2
overlapdial=yes
