Hi,

I think you need this:

[mainmenu]
exten => s,1,answer
exten => s,2,playback(english_polish)
exten => 1,1,Goto(english,s,1)
exten => 2,1,Goto(polish,s,1)

[english]
exten => s,1,playback(english)
exten => 1,1,goto(support_english,s,1)
....

[support_english]
exten => s,1,playback(support)
....
