The problem I'm trying to solve is that if someone wants to change the IVR
that is currently in place using the inbuilt index functionality it takes
them ages and normally they screw it up.  What I was hoping to do was use
asterisks functionality and have either the asterisk or index head up the
inbound calls.  Probably as an initial test I'd have the index head up the
calls and pass them to asterisk then have asterisk pass them back to the
index.
