In the standard chan_sip, there's no support for outbound proxy.
In my chan_sip2 test channel, I have that support. Please test!
If I get enough positive feedback, I might try to port this to the standard
chan_sip after Astricon and 1.0.

chan_sip2 is to be found in bugs.digium.com
