[Asterisk-Users] Final Help on setting up x100p

The X100P is for connecting to phone LINES (telco lines) not for
connecting to phones.

FXO = expects to RECEIVE dialtone and ring voltage
FXS = expects to PROVIDE dialtone and ring voltage.
