Just to follow-up on this topic, after configuring the lines with two 
slightly different extensions (I simply tacked an 'a' and a 'b' at the 
end), and setting up some dialplan magic to map these 'a/b' extensions 
to regular extension numbers, my phones now support 4 *incoming* calls.
