[Asterisk-Users] Queue.conf, maxlen = 5 , but what happens with the 6. caller ?

Place your messages after the call to Queue(). If you look at the docs 
for Queue(), you'll see that it will return (to various extension 
priorities) when it is not able to put the caller into the queue.
