[Asterisk-Users] Cannot Call IAX Softphones

The phones register just fine and can call out but cannot receive calls.

I am not sure when this started but I think recently.

console:

Connected to Asterisk CVS-HEAD-10/21/04-22:42:44 currently running on snetasterisk (pid = 3004)
Oct 27 09:13:59 NOTICE[-310248528]: app_dial.c:744 dial_exec: Unable to create channel of type 'IAX2'

sip show peers shows the IP and port but says unreachable.
