Steve's last version of Unicode (0.0.1d) solved my outgoing call problems.
Now I'm able to establish reliable connections without the timeout problems
present in 0.0.1c. I'm still having some occational hangup when the analog
phone is answered, and then the line keeps a "Call" status, rendering it
unusable for future use. I've not tested if my previous codec problems are
still present, as I'm using the patched asterisk code with forced alaw
selection, but the default law is still showing "unknown".
Also I'm still unable to make asterisk to launch the IVR main menu
immediately after the call is established from an phone via the Unicall
channel. I must dial a digit to get any answer. If no digit is dialed, no
established call is showed in the gastman interface, and the call is timed
out after 10 seconds. I've tried it with immediate in "yes" and "no" with
similar results. I'm doing something wrong in asterisk or I just have
something misconfigured in the PBX??

Guillermo
