[Asterisk-Users] FWD via IAX2 -- anybody else experiencing timeouts?

I am getting heavy lag on iax poke messages to iax2.fwdnet.net
frequently timing out to become UNREACHABLE, but ICMP echo seems ok
with just under 200 ms. It's been like this for at least a week now.
Anybody else experiencing this?
