That's bad.  Always a good motivation.  We've been having BRI TA's die,
pushing us to VoIP too.  ;-)

The Cisco speakerphone is sweet.  If you're looking for that feature, be
careful with other vendors.  I hear there are some good ones and some
horribly bad ones.  There's a lot of helpful info on the WIKI and on this
list.

Assuming you can get used to a slightly different paradigm than what you
are used to, Asterisk can deliver that without a doubt.
