MultiTech MT5634ZBA-DID supports analog DID.

Eicon Diva Server supports digital lines w/DID.

Patton DataFire supports digital lines w/DID.

HylaFAX supports those that I list above.  My preference is the 
MultiTech for analog and the Patton for digital.
