OpenVPN runs on:  Linux, Windows 2000/XP and higher, OpenBSD, FreeBSD,
NetBSD, Mac OS X, and Solaris.

It can easily tunnel networks over NAT, and everything runs in user space
which means you don't have to hack the kernel.
