I'm in the midst of switching from Covad's Telesoho DSL to "dedicated
loop" DSL. They run a new pair to my office and provide DSL with an
SLA. The other Covad home/small office DSL services don't provide SLA
terms. Also, the dedicated loop DSL is the same price as my existing
service...although I have to pay for "professional installation" to get
it esatblished
