[Asterisk-Users] Zaptel 1.0.0. will not compile

Um, those are 'Warnings', not *Errors*, have you tried using the 
drivers?  ie, have you insmod'd them or modprobe'd them?  Pardon if 
haven't fully followed this thread and my comments are of no value, just 
my $0.02 anyway.
