Apparently the Cirpack does this pr. default. I turned ISUP off on the
Cirpack and got a bit further. Now asterisk and Cirpack seem to agree on
the RTP to use.

I now have a new set of problems, but I can't yet relate them to
Asterisk, so I will have to fiddle with them myself for now ;)
