I've got "ISDN and SS7: Architectures for Digital Signalling Networks" by 
Uyless Black.  Published by Prentice Hall, part of the Prentice Hall 
Series in Advanced Communications Technologies.

ISBN 0-13-259193-6.

I'd recommend it.

It uses US SS7 terminology.
