With the previous version of SpanDSP, I was unable to retrieve faxes 
from "HotFax", a Windows based fax program (similar symptoms as with Canon)

After installing 0.0.2pre2, I can now receive these perfectly!

A few notes for those wishing to try:

- I had to install package audiofile-devel (for audiofile.h - didn't 
need this for 0.0.1)
- The Makefile expects global-tones.xml and tones.dtd to live in sub-dir 
'spandsp', so just create it at the Makefile root and mv those files 
into it.
- Because I had already patched my */apps/Makefile for the previous 
versions of rxfax/txfax, I didn't need to use the Makefile.patch in this 
latest version.
