Thanks for the ideas about the interrupts...

However, I have the system stripped down to bare minimum right now... No 
cards are installed in this system now except one of the TDM400P's and a 
video card.

The TDM400P is working about 50% of the time... The other 50% of the time 
modprobe won't even insert the module (no such device)

I tested the other TDM400P (the one with the FXS modules) works every time 
I modprobe and after every reboot.

Do you think I might have a defective TDM400P?

I normally wouldnt be thinking that route yet, but the fact that one 
TDM400P works perfectly every time I reboot and the other only works 50% of 
the time (in my six reboot trial) sort of makes me lean towards that idea...
