[Asterisk-Users] Virtual PBX Software

A small rural telephone company I am contracting for wants to provide a
Virtual PBX solution.  This seems very simple to do within Asterisk, and
I've been contemplating writing a PHP application to do the web
frontend...  Simple management in a MySQL database that the
extensions.conf rewrites, etc.

I really don't have the time to do it myself -- or to do it the RIGHT
way... and i am curious if others have written this specific application
and open sourced it....?  Or maybe someone would relicense the backend to
us allowing us to sell this service and make simple modifications to their
code?

Features Interested In:
 * Web Administration
   |_ Upload Menu wav's
   |_ Maintain simple dialplan
   |_ Create extensions, create voicemail boxes, change pins, etc.
 * Simple IVR
 * Virtual Extensions pointing to a number or huntgroup
 * Find me (Huntgroup)
 * Forwarding (forward main # to a huntgroup or specific #)
 * Simple billing for toll number usage

I found several companies offering these features like www.virtualpbx.com
and www.gotvmail.com ---  we'd like to handle it in house...
