[Asterisk-Users] Playing reveived message WAV file

Look for the 'play' binary.  It has never failed me in playing a wave
(gsm, pcm, etc) from asterisk.  It's an older OSS (/dev/dsp) binary,
so you'll need OSS compatibility.
