I was trying to be the more explanatory possible ...

Any way the issue was solved ...it was (of course)
a config conflict on extensions.conf

My case is what I'm really new to * and I was trying
to find some guidance or help how MANY beginers
in fact, I can't find any suitable documentation about
Asterisk..
