The 3com vs. h323 are not a simple reflash using the firmware. They have
different ROMS in them. If you purchased it to do h.323 it would take
more than just having the latest IP3000 software.

Anyone know where I can get this?  Polycom's website seems to lack 
everything but some thin pdf files.  I just bought a 3000 on ebay and it

looks like 'someone' flashed a perfectly good h323 phone with the 3COM 
NBX image.
