[Asterisk-Users] ERROR: retrans_pkt: Maximum retries exceeded on

Can anybody provide any input on an error:
retrans_pkt: Maximum retries exceeded on call
My extension 11 will not ring. I can dial out without any problem but
when I call in it goes straight to voicemail box.
