Look at your logs in /var/logs/asterisk/. I am pretty certain it is a fault
in your /etc/asterisk/Zapata.conf file.

Did you:

modprobe zaptel
modprobe wcfxo

Also make sure that you compiled and installed zaptel *before* you
installed asterisk. If you did it afterwords simply re-compile asterisk
and you should be good.
