[Asterisk-Users] Call pickup and snom phones

You need to have the pickupgroups added in sip.conf
Then - in order to pick up, use *8   ( and not *8# ).

Under each extension ( here in group 1 ) add the following lines
to sip.conf :

callgroup=1
pickupgroup=1
