Hi Mark,
That would be good. Big stick and all that. I have a Rev H board, this might account for the slight difference in behaviour.
I might give it a go with a modified version of your dialplan and config files, close enough to mine to see if any of it is related.

Revision C from memory (i'm 200mi away from the house today). I'll
confirm when I'm back tonight.
