It looks like your box can't load the appropriate drivers. How are you 
loading the drivers?

you need to have both the zaptel and wcfxo drivers loaded in order to 
use the card. make sure both are loaded before starting up asterisk. you 
can verify it by running the "dmesg" command and looking in the output 
for stuff related to Zaptel or wcfxo.

also there might be IRQ issues - is the card sharing IRQs with anything 
else?
