You would need the 4-port BRI card from Junghanns www.junghanns.net/asterisk <http://www.junghanns.net/asterisk>  which runs in both NT and TE modes.  
 
Alternatively, for a small system (one BRI in, one BRI out), you can use a couple of Billion or Asus ISDN cards (around EUR30 each).  I am running Asterisk at home in exactly the configuration you describe.  You will need to download the bri-stuff drivers from Junghanns web site and compile using the scripts included. 
 
For the card in NT mode you will need to make a crossover cable with terminations.  You can do this with a patch cord, an RJ45 socket and two 100 ohm resistors for termination.  Magic!
