[Asterisk-Users] Montoring for digits during actvie call

 Dear All,
 
Is any way I can monitor digits pressed by caller during active call ?i.e.
For calling card plateform normally a caller callthroguh one channel and 
then after entering PINS etc he dial to STD or IIDD via another 
channel(out-going). If during call he press certain keys such ## or ** or 
any thing predefined can Asterisk monitor and disconnect the out-going 
call and allow caller to dial another number without hanging 
first(in-comming ) channel.
